HANOI, VIETNAM, 12 June 2019 ― Thien Minh Group (TMG) today announces it has completed the acquisition of Flower Garden Hotel in Hanoi, making it the group’s very first hotel in the Capital city (and 14th hotel overall). The hotel is set to be rebranded as ÊMM Hotel Hanoi in the near future, joining other ÊMM Hotels properties in Hue, Hoi An, and Ho Chi Minh City.
Strategically located between Hanoi’s scenic Truc Bach Lake and the historic Long Bien Bridge, Flower Garden Hotel has long been a favorite among both travelers and long-stay business people visiting the capital city of Hanoi. The hotel boasts 83 rooms and apartments, a sky bar, a Vietnamese restaurant, and a small gym. Over the next couple of quarters, Flower Garden will be business as usual as the hotel is very busy. TMG will be providing operational and capex services as well as training for all existing staff.
There are plans to renovate the hotel, adding more rooms as well as adding new and upgrading existing facilities, including a fitness centre, swimming pool, bar, SpiceViet Restaurant (TMG’s authentic Vietnamese farm-to-table restaurant chain), café and a co-working office. TMG hopes to make ÊMM Hotel Hanoi its flagship hotel.
