DURATION
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Tracking shifts regularly to ensure the flight crew operated safely, efficiently and legally
- Planning & managing technical trainings for the flight crew. Following up the license validation of the flight crew
- Exploiting & reporting strategic Human Resources development plan to the DFO through the operational situation
- Making statistical BH reports and sending toDFOandother divisions if required
- Developing, supplementing, and modifying the functional processes of the department. Proposing plans, projects and applications with DFO to improve work efficiency of the flight crew
- Planning, managing and distributingequipment & facilityto employeesunder theCompany’spolicies
- Managing and monitoringofcontract/ agreementrelated tohotel, car, pilots and cabin crew
- Supervising the financial activities of the Crew Operation department
- Co-operating with HR Division in recruiting, training and evaluating employee performance
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- 3 year experience in Airlines
- Skill of team building, Practical skill of and experience in management
- Flight Operation Management Cirtificate, Training Policy
- Knowledge of civil law, labor law, trading, politic
- Dispatch License
- TOIEC: 600
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
