POSITION PURPOSE

Use your marketing expertise and passion for travel to shape the image of Quang Nam and drive sustainable tourism.

Visit Quang Nam is looking for a digital marketing specialist to direct its online marketing strategy, with a focus on online ads management and search engine optimisation. The ideal candidate will have a strong digital marketing background, and a proven track record of executing digital marketing campaigns. This is a full-time position based in Hoi An from March 2022.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Set up and manage online advertising channels for Visit Quang Nam to maximize reach, increase followers, reduce bounce and drive traffic, monitor and optimise ads on Google Network, Facebook and other channels to meet project KPIs
  • Lead keyword research and competitor analysis to create SEO strategy; manage on-page and off-page SEO using best practices to improve site ranking
  • Assist with strategy for newsletters, country-specific ad campaigns, KOL partnerships and other digital marketing avenues as needed
  • Assist with stats and reporting on website, social and ads performance
  • Conduct research and analyze trends to identify new online marketing opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Undergraduate Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
  • 3+ years’ specialist position in online marketing and media, including experience managing an integrated communications plan
  • Understanding of market segmentation analysis to determine communication strategies
  • Demonstrated knowledge in directing media buying strategy and purchase, tracking, optimisation and reporting
  • Strong knowledge of paid advertising on Google Network and Facebook
  • Strong knowledge of marketing and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Marketo, Ahrefs, FB Insights) and content management systems
OTHER SKILLS REQUIREMENTS & ATTRIBUTES
  • Proven analytical abilities and good with numbers
  • Fluent in English with good communication and presentation skills
