We are looking for a talented and experienced social media manager to help tell the stories of Quang Nam to the world via Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube, as a part of a new digital marketing team for Quang Nam.
Your main job will be to develop and execute a comprehensive and competitive social media strategy for Quang Nam tourism, and to maintain an attractive and professional presence for the destination on social media channels. The right candidate has proven experience managing and growing large social media followings, is up-to-date on social tools and trends, and possesses a keen eye for inspiring content and storytelling.

- Create and execute rolling social media plans for Facebook, Instagram, and Stories on both platforms, including content selection, caption writing, and scheduled posting
- Actively engage with our social following by reacting and commenting, sharing content within groups, and responding to messages
- Stay informed of new trends and tools in social media, always deploying the latest insights and content formats to grow our audience and deliver a world-class experience
- Report on monthly progress from social, monitor the success of campaigns and giveaways, review and optimise social content based on performance
- Organise and execute contests and giveaways by liaising with top brands and partners
- Capture new content in video and photo format, find creative ways of storytelling
- Promote Visit Quang Nam partners in natural and creative ways via social media
- Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing or related discipline
- 2+ years’ experience working in a leading social media role (ideally in the travel industry) with successful track record of growing audiences
- In-depth knowledge of the social media landscape and technical side of social media platforms, especially Facebook, Instagram and YouTube
- Strong writing and content creation skills, knowledge of what makes engaging content
- A sharp eye for images and design, ability to select on-brand images and copy
- English and Vietnamese fluently communicating and writing
- Professional, proactive and creative; able to communicate and collaborate well
- Experience in designing online graphics is a plus
