Director of International Sales -Hospitality is the head of the sales department. This position works closely with the Managing Director to determine appropriate sales strategies for international market segments towards maximizing our hotels’ revenues.
Detailed information will be discussed during the interview
• Establish new relationships with potential clients / partners from travel agents, online travel agents, expat communities, media, corporate segments… and public relations channels.
• Develop current markets and strengthen the new ones of Europe, UK, New Zealand, Australia and others.
• Develop commercial strategies for targets’ achievements and revenue growth.
• Determine rate’s structure and pricing of all distribution channels through review of competitive data, emitting markets, demand analysis with close monitoring to yielding opportunities.
• Manage key accounts and oversees the accounts management in all activities
• Liaise with Director of Marketing on required relevant marketing communications activities
• Attend tradeshows, international fairs to seek for new potential clients / partners
• Prepare budgets reflecting hotels’ business plans
• Regularly forecast occupancy and ADR fluctuations and direct selling activities to maximize revenues
• Balance market segments according to supplier and demand
• Arrange commercial studies as required by management for potential future projects
• Take other tasks subject to assignments of Managing Director – Hospitality
• University degree or Master Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management
• Minimum of 2 years of experience at Director of Sales or similar level in hospitality industry in Vietnam
• Management experience to lead a team in various locations
• Proficiency in developing, implementing, and executing strategic action plans for all sales market segments
• Demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance
• Ability to analyze data and drive Sales results
