POSITION PURPOSE
The Accountant payable & inventory is responsible for applying accepted accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information, prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements and ensure appropriate accounting control procedures.

DURATION
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Calculate cost of imported goods
- Book keeping, input data entry into accounting system for stock transactions, account payables and cost of goods sold
- Ensure internal control on purchasing process to manage cost of goods sold
- Prepare and analyze inventory reports
- Observe and monitor periodically physical inventory count with stock keeper
- Account payables management including settlement, discrepancies reconciliation & investigation, scheduling payment, checking invoice & supporting documents, long-outstanding balances management
- Other tasks assigned by direct lineup managers
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- At least 2 years’ experience in Accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, especially Excel) and accounting software application
- Ability to use English language accurately and appropriately at work (reading, writing, speaking, listening)
- Can work under pressure
- Experience in tourism or aviation is a plus
