DURATION
RESPONSIBILITIES
- On behalf of the Director Flight Operations/OCC GM entire extraction system to ensure that all flights is exploited safely, efficiently
- Decision handle changes related to flight schedules, calculate the optimal method to ensure mining schedules, technical schedules, crew schedules and factors related to trade in services within 24 hours
- Recommending for Direct executive leadership plans to deal with the unusual incidents and implement the decisions and directives of executive leadership related to the flight performance of the KITES Air like aircraft, crew, the weather, the flight back, flights diverted and other special cases
- On the behalf of Director Flight Operations/OCC GM direct contact with aviation authorities including the Civil Aviation Administration of Viet Nam, the Corporation Viet Nam flight management, the Airports Corporation of Viet Nam and the other aviation authorities, related to flight schedule changes
- Managing the team directly in Operations Center, include: Supervisor Dispatcher, Flight Dispatcher, Flight crew, Flight attendants, Technical operator, Passenger service, Commercial operator
- Reporting on the flight operation of the day for Director Flight Operations/OCC GM
- Consultation and handover aggregated reporting briefing daily
- Executive jobs and personnel management of the team directly
- Assign tasks to subordinates of the team
- Monitor the progress the work of the team
- Participate in group, committees under the direct of Director Flight Operations/OCC GM
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- 3 year experience in Airlines
- Skill of team building, practical skill of and experience in management
- Flight Operation Management Cirtificate, Training Policy
- Knowledge of civil law, labor law, trading, politic
- Dispatch License
- TOIEC: 600
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, especially Excel)
