POSITION PURPOSE

This role is responsible for providing high quality and effective accounting support to the business, maintaining accounting services in accordance with internal procedures, good practice and statutory requirements.

DURATION
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Verify data and supporting documents, post entries to accounting system;
  • Settle payment on time, make sure no double payment, ensure supporting documents are carefully checked before making payment;
  • Follow up long-outstanding receivable & payable;
  • Issue invoices;
  • Manage inter-company transactions, do monthly reconciliation of all account balances;
  • Prepare the documents required to request for bank credit;
  • Prepare monthly financial statements;
  • Submit periodically tax declaration;
  • Support in providing documents & books for internal & external auditor;
  • Other tasks if required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Candidate must possess a Diploma Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Economics or equivalent degree
  • Required language: English
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in General Accountant position
  • Good knowledge of Vietnam Accounting Standards and other Vietnam tax regulation
  • Prepare/check tax declaration (VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT, …)
  • Self-starter who can produce great results with limited supervision
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Solid collaboration and communication skill
  • High attention to details & strong time/priority management skills
  • Flexible rotating roster that may include late nights, weekends, and early mornings and flexible with uncertainties/changing priorities and under pressure.
OTHER SKILLS REQUIREMENTS & ATTRIBUTES
·         Working hours: 08:30am – 05:30pm, from Monday to Friday.

·         Travelling within the country/region if required
