The Brand Marketing Specialist will have primary responsibility for assisting in the development and execution of product development and branding strategies.

- Generate, inspire, and explore new and relevant ideas by thinking out-of-the-box, finding creative solutions, and transforming them into initiatives
- Planning, supporting, and execution of communications and media actions across channels, with oversight of all digital including social media, website, and paid placements
- Managing the budget for advertising and promotions
- Ensure execution of programs and campaigns are consistent with strategy, campaign, and brand vision
- Regularly track, analyze and report on sales performance, competitive activity, and industry news
- Have a deep understanding of guest behaviors, in order to identify insights and trends
- Support to coordinate marketing campaigns with key partners according to set goals and plans
- Work with internal and external creative teams on creative development and implementation
- University graduated in related fields
- At least 2 years of demonstrated and progressive success in marketing, advertising, and/or product management roles. Experiences in the tourism and customer service industry will be preferred
- Excellent skills in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns
- Ability to research and analyze customer behaviors and competitor strategies.
- Ability to arrange, organize workflow to meet tight deadlines and excellent teamwork skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and proactively to uncover opportunities to move the business forward
- Proactively respond to changing business trends
- Very good knowledge of MS Office mandatory
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
