POSITION PURPOSE

FIT BOOKINGS MANAGEMENT

  • Communicate with customers and agents on 24/7 hotlines and emails when needed (mostly providing/updating information)
  • Update the latest changes for relevant teams & suppliers at the soonest possible time (eg. Flight change or pick-up time change, no-show…etc.)
  • Be the point of contact for Vivu Journeys’s customers to ask questions
  • Deal with issues or complaints from both suppliers and customers
  • Able to learn and use the operation function of the internal system professionally
  • Able to understand precisely the logistics that need to be done at the destination
  • Able to work within Working Hours which is from 15:00pm to 11:00PM Asia time

Problem Solving – Receive complaints from clients and solve it as soon as possible. Inform to the country manager or direct manager depending on the destination when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  Essential Criteria Desirable Criteria
Experience – Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality Management or business-related subject.

– At least 3 years experience in the tourism industry, working in travel company as an operator or consultant

An understanding of the inner workings of the travel industry
Qualifications  – Customer centric with commitment to high standards of service delivery.
– Solid collaboration and communication skill (verbal and written).
– Strong interpersonal and presentation skills across culture.
– Flexible with uncertainties/changing priorities and under pressure.- Willing to work under pressure and different time zone in Europe.
