POSITION PURPOSE

This is a very exciting role in a dynamic & forward thinking DMC. The role is to oversee the development and use of data on the systems. You will discover efficient ways to organize, store and analyze data with attention to efficiency and security. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of databases and data analysis procedures.

  • Formulate techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data
  • Loading data onto system and ensure accuracy
  • Accuracy of data
System Support
  • Support others in the daily use of systems and ensure adherence to legal and company standards

  • Ability to work on multiple tasks at the same time, completing within required time frame and quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Experience:
  • Experience of Data Management in a global company is an advantage
Qualifications:
  • Third-year, final year students or Fresh graduate.
Skill:
  • Fluent in national local language and English
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent understanding of data administration and management functions (collection, analysis, distribution etc.)
  • Strong communication skills for internal & external purposes
Knowledge:
  • Understanding the Destination Management system
Attributes:
  • Humble – quick to point out the contributions of others, share credit, emphasize team over self and define success collectively rather than individually
  • Smart – good judgment and intuition around the subtleties of group dynamics and the impact of your words and actions

  • Three-month, extendable internship contract with monthly allowance package.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5.30pm.
