DURATION
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Administration office
  • Control all document related to safety and training
  • Collect all pilots, cabin crews, dispatcher information
  • Report weekly, KPI
  • Updating training information to related division, department, portal
  • Arrange schedule of pilots, cabin crew for meeting when needed
  • Comparing FOD document with others division
  • Making payment
  • Other tasks assigned by direct lineup manager
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Economics/Commerce/English/Aviation or related field
  • English TOEIC: 700. Fluent in English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking and listening) is a must
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Practical skill of and experience in office work
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, especially Excel)
  • Team-work spirit
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Self-management, Integrity, Multi-tasking and Flexibility
  • Passion in Aviation industry is preferred
