POSITION PURPOSE

DURATION
RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. During pre-operation period: cooperate with Chief Accountant & Finance Manager to
  • Participate in configuration & training of MIS (Maintenance Information System, a system for Maintenance planning, engineering & inventory for aircraft components);
  • Participate in set up internal cost control related to purchasing & inventory;
  • Pre-set the depreciation frame for aircraft components;
  • Review purchasing contracts;
  • Other tasks assigned by direct managers.
  1. After operation:
  • Calculate/ Manage the calculation cost of goods receiving;
  • Prepare/ Review account reconciliation with MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) system;
  • Review Purchase orders from MRO division;
  • Book keeping/ Review book keeping: payables/payment to suppliers & expenses related to suppliers of MRO; stock in & out;
  • Ensure internal control following company policy to purchasing process;
  • Make and analyze MRO cost, inventory reports;
  • Observe, reconcile & monitor Inventory periodically physical count with Technical department;
  • Co-ordinate with internal parties, support to suit business needs from area leaders; co-ordinate with external parties such as bankers, suppliers, customers to ensure a smooth business run;
  • Other tasks assigned by direct managers.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  1. Qualifications & experiences:
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, financing, auditing or economic;
  • Knowledge about Incoterm and import-export field;
  • Good at English;
  • At least 3 years’ experience in accounting/ auditing area;
  • Experience in purchasing/ inventory accountant in manufacture or aviation field is a big plus;
