POSITION PURPOSE

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Plan & directly implement recruitment and selection process /manpower plans / succession plans for TMG Aviation segment following the targeted plan and ad-hoc requests.
  • Ensure the recruitment activities are thoroughly carried out to meet requirement and deadline
  • Develop and maintain good relationship with internal clients and external parties
  • Participate in building recruitment policy and related program
  • Explore market best practices in recruitment and talent management and adapt/implement appropriate best practices in TMG
  • Participate in building and summarizing annual staffing plan
  • Identify, research, generate, and network with potential job candidates to build talents pools
  • Prepare and deliver orientation/onboarding program for new comers
  • Do research and update with the market trends on the recruitment/ talent acquisition/ benefit package for employees. Advise HR Director on the changes/adjustment.
  • Update HR report
  • Other tasks assigned by HR Director
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Human Resources/ Economics/Commerce/English/Aviation or related field
  • At least 03 years of professional & related experiences as an Internal Recruiter and/or a Headhunter
  • Experience in organizing job fair, career orientation workshop, etc.
  • Fluent in English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking and listening) is a must
  • Self-starter who can produce great results with limited supervision
  • Multi-tasking and flexibility
  • Fast-learning and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Team-work spirit
  • Passion or experience in Aviation industry is preferred
  • Good computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to travel for business purposes
