ABOUT COMPANY
TMGH owns and manages a portfolio international-standard hotel & resort brands in Vietnam and Laos. The iconic names include the Indochine-style chain of Victoria Hotels & Resorts, the dynamic & youthful ÊMM Hotel chain, Flower Garden Hotel, Mai Chau Lodge and the newest addition is TUI Blue Nam Hoi An. Situated across iconic destinations throughout Vietnam and Laos those hotels are managed into clusters including the Southern Cluster & Laos, the Central Cluster, the Northern Cluster and TUI Blue Nam Hoi An.
POSITION PURPOSE

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand website objectives by analyzing user requirements
- Understand complex techniques for large scale projects
- Develop web applications follow coding standards and quality
- Maintain and enhance of business web applications
- Collaborate with business teams to clarify requirements and business needs
- Collaborate with other developers and architects to determine optimal solution architecture, efficiency, maintainability, and scalability
- Complete projects/tasks on a timely basis, according to commitments made to stakeholders and management
- Develop system test plans to ensure quality of development, and validate that business goals are accomplished
- Recommend system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages
- Update stakeholders proactively and maintain open and courteous communication
- Report project/task status to the appropriate IT Manager/Leader on a weekly basis
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- At least 3 years in PHP programing and CMS WordPress
- Deep knowledge on HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Boostrap
- Experience to custom WordPress theme as well as build and develop plugins
- Experience with version control software
- Ability to self-learning
- Knowledge of CMS Joomla is a plus
- Independence in work as well as teamwork spirit
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science
- Graduate from Nation’s University of Technology or Nation’s University of Science is preferred
OTHER SKILLS REQUIREMENTS & ATTRIBUTES
- Working hours: 08:30am – 05:30pm, from Monday to
Travelling within the country/region if required
