Victoria Can Tho Resort is a 4-star standard resort that is cleaned and disinfected, fully equipped with medical equipment for epidemic prevention as prescribed, also being support by the professional team who has been tested and trained at the request of the Ministry of Health.

Special Notes: Guests are required to deposit 5 million VND at check in for disinfection and utelsils destruction in case of positive test result for Covid-19 (in case of negative test result, deposit will be refunded).

- Cost of standard medical tests stipulated by the Ministry of Health
- Guests are required to make their own room cleaning and laundry during their stay at the resort.
- In case guests have a positive test result for Covid-19 during their stay at the hotel, the service for the rest nights will be cancelled and as such, room rates for those nights will be refunded accordingly.
- Check-in time will be discussed and agreed in advance with the hotel because it depends on the time of getting the test result for Covid-19 from the relevant Authority.
