TMG – In August 2026, Thien Minh Group (TMG) and Wellspring Hanoi, a member of the Wellspring International Bilingual School System, officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), opening up opportunities to connect the fields of tourism, experience, and education.
Through this partnership, the two parties aim to strengthen resource connections, expand community-oriented activities, and deliver tangible benefits to TMG employees’ families.
A shared vision to expand connections and create community value
Upholding the Group’s cultural value – “Growth”, TMG has consistently focused on supporting the development of every member and their family. As part of this partnership with Wellspring Hanoi, TMG is introducing a tuition support policy for members’ children, giving them an additional option for high-quality education.
Alongside the incentive policy, the two parties plan to expand their cooperation across several areas, including:
- Building community connections
TMG and Wellspring will jointly introduce the cooperation programme, incentive policies, and shared activities to the community of staff, parents, and other relevant groups.
- Promoting educational and experiential activities
The two parties will research and coordinate educational activities, experiential programmes, seminars, and events for students, parents, staff, and the business community, providing practical experiences and diverse perspectives for students on their learning journey.
- Leveraging ecosystems and resources
The two parties may jointly leverage suitable products, services, spaces, and resources within each organisation’s ecosystem, thereby creating additional valuable programmes for the Wellspring and TMG communities.
