TMG – Pioneering in green tourism development with the orientation to become our country’s leader in green tourism, Quang Nam shows its confidence to be selected to host the Visit Vietnam Year – Quang Nam 2022.
2022 is expected to enormously boost Quang Nam tourism in general and Hoi An tourism in particular when Vietnam reopens its border for international tourists from March 15th. That is the key message delivered in the press conference at the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MCST) on February 23rd.
Hosting National Tourism Year with the theme of “Quang Nam – A green destination,” representatives of Quang Nam province committed to holding 192 significant events and activities, including ten national-level ones organized by MCST and other different-level central authorities. Each event has unique features to create an impressive and comprehensive Visit Vietnam Year – Quang Nam 2022.
As a companion with the Quang Nam Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in National Tourism Year 2022, Thien Minh Group (TMG) – a leading tourism group in Southeast Asia – will actively support Quang Nam province to attract international tourists on digital channels. “I believe tourism will be the key industry that strongly contributes to the overall development of our country,” CEO of TMG Tran Trong Kien gave his speech about the prospect of the hospitality industry in Vietnam.
National Tourism Year is a specific cultural, economic, social, and tourism event at the national level. It is also the biggest annual event of Vietnam tourism, promoting the image of Vietnamese cultural values and exceptional tourism products to international markets. Hence, the authority must execute preventative measures for the Covid-19 pandemic to ensure tourists’ safety.
Quang Nam is known as a land rich in cultural traditions and revolutionary history.
