Not only is Hoi An an ancient city with historical significance, but it’s also home to several beautiful beaches, including Cua Dai Beach. Join Thien Minh Group, Asia’s leading tourism group, on a 72-hour itinerary to explore the beauty of Hoi An.
Day 1
Morning and noon
Guests check in at Victoria Hoi An Beach Resort & Spa located on Cua Dai Beach, only 5km or 15 minutes by car from the center of Hoi An’s Ancient Town.
Stepping onto the grounds of the 4-star Victoria Hoi An Beach Resort & Spa, visitors are treated to lush green surroundings with an authentic Indochina aesthetic. Modeled after a miniature Hoi An, guests will find a quiet, soul-soothing oasis far enough from the noise and bustle of the city center. The comfortable, well-appointed rooms are stylishly designed and furnished, offering a choice of three different views: river, garden, or ocean.
Oceanview rooms enjoy beautiful sunrise vistas towards the right as well as sunset views over the horizon towards the left from the private veranda.
After checking in, guests are invited to have a refreshing dip in the infinity swimming pool located in the heart of the resort, providing an amazing photo backdrop at Victoria Hoi An with its sweeping views of Cua Dai Beach.
Another favorite spot for both domestic and foreign guests is L’Annam Restaurant at Victoria Hoi An Beach Resort & Spa. Showcasing the flavors of Asia and Europe, the dishes here are meticulously prepared and artfully presented. After a morning of swimming or exploring the rich history and culture of Hoi An, guests can settle for a wonderful lunch in the elegant setting of L’Annam.
After a delicious meal, guests can return to their rooms for a noontime siesta.
Afternoon
After a restful nap, it’s time for a stroll along sunny Cua Dai Beach directly in front of and to the right of Victoria Hoi An Resort. On the beach, guests are free to lounge with a book under a large umbrella or perhaps join in a game of beach football or volleyball for a fun, energetic workout.
For those looking for something slightly more adventurous on the waters of Cua Dai, kayaking and catamaran sailing are excellent choices. Catamaran sailing on Cua Dai Beach is available exclusively at Victoria Hoi An.
Evening
As day turns to dusk, it’s once again time to head to L’Annam Restaurant for a sumptuous meal in the stylish, intimate space. Chewy cao lau noodles with five-spice pork, white rose dumplings filled with shrimp and pork, and fried wontons with a sweet and sour sauce are Hoi An specialties not to be missed at L’Annam.
In the evening, guests can take advantage of the many entertainment offerings per the resort’s daily schedule. Catch a blockbuster movie while noshing on some snacks at the state-of-the-art cinema, a favorite guest amenity at Victoria Hoi An, take home a personalized message from our calligraphy master, or enjoy live music by the infinity pool.
At the end of a long day, it’s time to retire to the comfort of the guestrooms.
Day 2
Morning and noon
Located right on Cua Dai Beach, Victoria Hoi An Beach Resort & Spa is the ideal vantage point to view brilliant sunrises with a steaming cup of Vietnamese coffee in hand.
The extensive breakfast buffet spread at L’Annam Restaurant features everything from famous Hoi An specialties to Western dishes including baked goods, cold cuts, and even pasta. The restaurant’s hot, nutritious, and delicious dishes are the perfect way to fuel up for a second day in Hoi An.
Explore the peaceful Hoi An countryside in a very unique way on a Victoria Hoi An sidecar tour. This memorable 60-minute adventure takes guests to traditional handicraft villages, a bustling fish market, and past endless rice fields in shades of yellow surrounding an old brick kiln. Or try your hand at becoming a farmer at the Tra Que vegetable village to better understand the simple, rustic lifestyle of the people here.
For lunch, guests can dine at L’Annam Restaurant or perhaps sample one of the many local eateries near the resort before returning to their room for a rest.
Afternoon
In the afternoon, guests might like to relax by the beach or pool or opt for something a bit more active. On the spacious resort grounds, a variety of sports are on offer, including tennis and football. Balls and racquets are complimentary for in-house guests to enjoy a blood-pumping workout.
Complimentary bicycles are also available. Sign up at the reception and spend a lovely afternoon cycling along rice fields and enjoying the fresh countryside air. Or bike along the coastal road, immersing yourself in the daily pulse of local life.
In the late afternoon, guests might enjoy a game of beach volleyball or football, go for a swim, or simply relax and watch as the sun dips down below the horizon.
Evening
As the glow of sunset begins to fade, a can’t-miss culinary treat is the buffet at L’Annam Restaurant just next to the central swimming pool. This elegant, cozy space offers views out to the sea, illuminated by colorful lanterns. Guests are invited to sample an extensive range of tasty dishes while taking in live musical performances which usually take place on Tuesday and Saturday evenings.
Finally, an indulgent spa treatment is a great way to end the day before returning to your guestroom and falling into a restful sleep.
Day 3
Morning
Every Saturday and Sunday morning, guests are invited to join yoga classes held in the lush garden area of Victoria Hoi An. The fresh air, paired with gentle exercises, is a tonic for the mind and helps keep the body supple while contributing to overall wellness.
For a toned body, the Victoria Fitness gym is fully equipped with treadmills, bicycles, weights, and other equipment to help exercise the abdominal, back, and shoulder muscle groups. The gym’s large glass doors and windows let in natural light and offer soothing garden views.
After coffee and breakfast at L’Annam Restaurant, it’s time to check out, bid farewell to Victoria Hoi An, and return to regular life. However, it’s never too soon to start planning your next trip to Victoria Hoi An to discover more of this wonderful destination together.
