TMG – ‘Give your best effort, and success will follow’ – a piece of advice from the leader of TMG, Asia’s leading travel group, and the former national swimming athlete, emphasizing the significance of making efforts in work and life.
On September 19th, the Board of Management of Thien Minh Group (TMG), along with nearly 300 outstanding individuals from all units at the TUI BLUE Nam Hoi An participated in the program TALK TMG as a part of the 29th anniversary celebration of TMG – a leading travel and tourism group in Asia.
Speaking at the event, Chairman & CEO Tran Trong Kien extended his heartfelt congratulations to the exceptional individuals presenting at TUI BLUE Nam Hoi An for their relentless efforts over the past year.
“I remember 12 months ago, also here, I told you that the COVID pandemic was behind us, and the future looked bright, but I didn’t think everyone would be confident in that forecast. However, today we can proudly say that we have overcome the most challenging moments and brought almost complete recovery to TMG. This is the result of everyone’s efforts,” Mr. Kien began his speech.
According to Mr. Tran Trong Kien, in the past year, the member entities basically accomplished set goals, and some of them even surpassed the Leaders’ expectations.
In addition, CEO Tran Trong Kien also emphasized that in the coming year, TMG will undergo a stronger transformation to expand and grow to become the leading travel and tourism group in Asia toward sustainable development orientation. To achieve this, TMG will continue to implement training programs to help TMGers develop their skills and expertise for better working performance.
“Our good results, regarding business, profit, customer services or human resources and digital transformation, mostly can not come without your hands. In the final months of this year, if we continue to try harder, I believe we can get what we want,” he encouraged all TMGers.
After the inspirational speech of Chairman & CEO Tran Trong Kien, the TALK TMG event featured a special guest – Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Vien, Vietnam’s former national swimmer.
As an inspirational speaker, Anh Vien shared her experiences as a Vietnamese representative in international competitions, and her current role as an enthusiastic swimming coach for young children.
Finally, through heartfelt words, Anh Vien conveyed a meaningful message to TMGers and the community in general: “Give your best effort, and success will come to you. Be confident to step out of your comfort zone and experience new things to achieve your desires. Just try, it’s not that difficult, TMG will show you the way!”
