All TMG hotels, resorts and cruises recognised as safe for tourists by global safety and security leader SafeHotels
HANOI, Vietnam (Mar. 11, 2022) – Twelve tourism properties in Thien Minh Group (TMG) have become the first in Vietnam to be awarded CovidClean™ Certification by Safehotels, the leading safety accreditation program for the travel industry worldwide.
As of March 8, 2022, each of TMG’s 12 properties nationwide – including Flower Garden Hotel, Victoria Hoi An Beach Resort & Spa, Émm Hotel Saigon, Émm Hotel Hue, Victoria Mekong Cruises, and Emeraude Classic Cruises – have been assessed by Safehotels and verified as ready to welcome international and domestic tourists, in line with WHO and CDC standards, as well as SafeHotels’ own criteria covering 116 key elements and indicators.
The certificates were granted after three months of diligent preparations at TMG’s hotels, resorts and cruises across the country. As part of the certification process, operations at each property were independently audited in areas such as preventative action, hygiene and health, response and containment, and Covid communications.
The highly regarded Safehotels certification reflects TMG’s commitment to the health and wellbeing of its guests, as well as its employees and local communities. Travellers looking for verified standards of cleanliness, hygiene and preparation in the post-pandemic era can enjoy greater confidence and peace of mind when staying at TMG’s resorts and hotels in Vietnam.
