TMG – The stars of “A Date with Youth” could not hold back the compliments as they enjoyed a meal at The Restaurant at TUI BLUE Nam Hoi An.
In Episode 1 of the program “A Date with Youth” which aired on VTV3 on October 23, 2023, the esteemed cast made up of journalist Lai Van Sam, diplomat Lai Ngoc Doan, and artists Hong Van, Hong Dao and Thanh Thuy were at the 5-star TUI BLUE Nam Hoi An beach resort in Quang Nam province.
During lunch at The Restaurant, the cast were effusive in their praise of the resort’s high-end cuisine. The Restaurant gave the guests a visual and culinary feast, delicious in both presentation and taste including dishes such as green mango salad with shrimp and pork, fried seafood spring rolls, fish soup with pineapple and green peppers, caramelized pork with eggs and stir-fried beef with basil and black pepper sauce.
From the delicate appetizers to the bold main dishes, the harmoniously balanced meal made artist Hong Van exclaim: “The food here is delicious!”, much to everyone’s agreement.
Distinctive cuisine
One of the reasons why the dishes at TUI BLUE Nam Hoi An taste so fresh comes from its “garden to table” approach. Herbs and vegetables are harvested on the same day from the resort’s very own organic garden while seafood like fish and shrimp are bought from the local market in the early morning.
