British Travel Agents amazed by TMG’s remarkable tourism ecosystem

TMG – TMG brought a lot of excellent information about the group’s world-class products and services at ‘Asia Takeover Day,’ a training program for travel agents in Birmingham, England.

“Asia Takeover Day,” an Asian tourism training program organized by Travel Counsellors, took place in Birmingham, UK, on February 8. Thien Minh Group (TMG) and nearly 50 travel consultants from many travel agents across the UK joined the event to have Vietnam exposed more to the world.

At the event, Mr. Jake Svensson, TMG Account Manager, introduced British agents to the group’s remarkable tourism ecosystem. Agents and travel consultants were highly excited after hearing about TMG’s impressive four pillars: Destination Management, Hospitality, Online, and Aviation.

According to Mr. Svensson, agents were deeply interested in the 5-star beach resort TUI BLUE Nam Hoi An in Central Vietnam. With 318 rooms and villas built in modern European style combined with traditional Vietnamese beauties, TUI BLUE Nam Hoi An always brings visitors experienced holidays with many sports and entertainment activities at all levels from easy to difficult the whole year.

‘The participants in the training session today all have their own businesses. Therefore, they usually participate and attentively listen to information about Vietnam tourism, specifically TMG’s products, and services. So that they can bring more information about TMG tourism products and services to British tourists,’ said Mr. Svensson after the event.

At the end of the training session, TMG awarded a lucky agent a voucher worth a two-night stay at TUI BLUE Nam Hoi An plus a roundtrip airport transfer. ‘This is a great opportunity for me to experience the service at TUI BLUE Nam Hoi An to give customers the truest advice. I hope to be able to bring more British tourists to Vietnam and use TMG’s services,’ the winner shared.

Previously, TMG participated in many travel agency training programs in the UK with partners such as Trailfinders, PATA UK, and Travel Uni. Those activities are intended to increase the number of international tourists to Vietnam.
