POSITION PURPOSE

We are looking for a marketing and event management, which is a process of analysing, planning, marketing, producing, and evaluating event. This position requires working on all marketing tasks including sales materials, awards, travel fair. Apart from that you also need to prepare all event documentation and coordinates with sales, property departments and customer to ensure consistent, high level service throughout the pre-event, event and post-event phases of property events. Ensures a seamless turnover from sales to service back to sales. Recognizes opportunities to maximize revenue by up selling and offering enhancements to create outstanding events, including corporate, business and social events.

DURATION

We are looking for a full-time commitment for at least 02 years.

RESPONSIBILITIES 1) Marketing tasks • Work on marketing material upon marketing and sales plan • Work with associates in brand planning/brand strategy to ensure that creative work is on track • Support TMG’s subsidiaries on travel booth plan including registration and design package (TMG, iVIVU, HAA & Cruises) • Produce marketing material based on sales’ demand 2) Event planning • Understand the business requirement to set out the event calendar indicating corporate, customers and social events • Establish objectives and select the appropriate event format • Estimate the total budget as event calendar 3) Event production and logistic • Develop, produce and deliver projects from proposal right up to execution. • Deliver events on time, within budget, that meet (and hopefully exceed) expectations. • Set & manage timelines and priorities on every project • Maintain and develop client relationships • Manage supplier relationships • Manage operational and administrative functions to en-sure specific projects are delivered efficiently • Provide leadership, motivation, direction and support to your team • Travel to on-site inspections and project managing events • Be responsible for all project budgets from start to finish. • Ensure excellent customer service and quality delivery Risk control • Identify risk and issues may occur and propose an appropriate solution • Evaluate agencies’ quality and give out recommendation to better different less for upcoming events. • Make a PIR (Post Implementation Review) for every event 4) Day to day operation • Coordinate with TMG business units on marketing tasks • Propose new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process. • Work with purchasing dept. to ensure that marketing production has delivered on time. • Develop the event tools to better control pre-event, in – event and post-event.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • At least 01 years of experience in marketing, PR/Communications in a corporate or PR agency
  • Degree/Diploma in Communications and/or knowledge in Tourism, Travel, Hospitality, Journalism, Marketing or Business Management.
  • Good at speaking and writing both English and Vietnamese
  • Video clip maker (basic)
  • Computer skills including fluency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop and other creative programs skills is a plus.
  • Has some necessary skill in communication such as: stay focused on audience; stay – on message, especially MC capability.

  • Supervises all food service functions in public areas on the dining room/restaurant.
  • Enhances customer relations through appearances in all food outlets/public areas; conducting informative and engaging culinary demonstrations as directed; producing in-depth information about the product/preparation; and ensuring menu options are available for passengers with special dietary requirements.
  • Develop culinary teams through on-the training, coaching and mentoring to increase their skills, capability, performance and contribution.
WORKING CONDITIONS
  • Ho Chi Minh City and/or Hoi An Town based.
  • Business travelling when required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited culinary or hospitality school.
  • A minimum of 4 to 5 years as Chef for a multi-outlet, upscale restaurant, hotel, resort, convention or banqueting service.
  • Specialist knowledge and experienced in Vietnamese cuisine cooking, from the North to the South.
  • Experienced in financial management.
  • Passionate about food and driven to the highest levels of culinary standards.
  • A continued desire to develop professionally and keep up-to-date with current food trends.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Vietnamese and English.
  • Strong attention to detail and strong customer service focus.
  • Excellent organizational and delegation skills.
  • Ability to handle guest interactions with good grace and diplomacy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the direct supervision of the PIC/Head of Flight Operation, Company Co-Pilots are to:

  • Ensure the safe and efficient conduct of all flight operations when acting as Co-Pilot, and ensure that any reasonably anticipated emergency can be adequately handled;
  • Be responsible for their own flight and duty time limitations, and if either of these are in danger of being exceeded, it is brought to the attention of the Head of Flight Operations as early as possible;
  • Indicate to the Head of Flight Operations the dates and times of the various license, rating and medical renewals. These dates should be given six weeks prior to the renewal in order to schedule aircraft test officers or medical Regulations;
  • Ensure that all customers are afforded the utmost courtesy and assistance;
  • Assist PIC in any delegated tasks
  • Assist in any way toward the safe and efficient running of the Company
  • Report the CAAV or nearest ATS unit when observing an accident.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Commercial Pilot Licence (A-Single Engine)
  • First Class Medical Certificate
  • Instrument rating – Single Engine
  • English Language Proficiency ICAO Level 4
  • Communication & customer service skills
  • Flight safety oriented

MAJOR TASKS
