“Well, it’s difficult to pick up one. The resort is beautiful as a whole. I like very much our garden. This is the part we are very much proud of; it’s expanding every week we have some new plants. Also, we’re expanding our nursery.
Lately, we have provided the unique experience for our guests as the trees and flowers planting together with our gardener teams. So I think I like this experience a lot, personally.
And I like the concept of farm-to-table, which we’ve already implemented a lot of veggies, fruits, and herbs that come from our garden straight to the kitchen and canteen. I think this is something we just also getting high demand from our guests as experience they like to know more about our sustainable actions, and sustainable initiatives. Our gardening garden is one of those.”
Using agricultural techniques, TUI BLUE Nam Hoi An’s staff has built and nurtured an organic vegetable garden, providing fresh and clean food for tourists and staff at the resort. Moreover, it allows tourists to join experiential green tours where they can hand-harvest different kinds of vegetables for chefs to cook delicious local dishes. In addition, the resort also has a nursery garden with diverse flowers and trees used for restructuring after a storm or other terrible weather conditions.
